While the fence, buildings and roads are covered by insurance, the removal of the downed trees and the repair and restoration of the cemetery grounds is not. We anticipate costs nearing $100,000.00 or more. It will be significantly more if we need to clean out the fallen trees along the slope leading to the river. We appreciate your support in our cleanup and restoration efforts as we endeavor to make St. Mary Cemetery a peaceful resting place for those buried there and their families. |

Our prayers are with our brothers and sisters affected by the recent tornado. Here are some opportunities for donations and to volunteer.
DIOCESE OF GREEN BAY RESPONSE
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay is on the ground in Menasha working with other responding agencies to deliver assistance to individuals and families impacted by the storm. Operating from its Menasha office at 1475 Opportunity Way, the Catholic Charities team is connecting those affected with short-term housing options and financial resources to help meet their immediate needs.
Thanks to a grant from the Catholic Charities USA Disaster Response Fund, Catholic Charities can provide emergency financial assistance to eligible households. Through its partnership with the Airbnb Foundation, Catholic Charities can also offer short-term housing vouchers for stays of up to 10 days, helping displaced individuals and families secure safe temporary accommodations while they begin the recovery process.
Those who need assistance rebuilding damaged buildings are encouraged to wait until a full damage assessment has been completed and financial needs have been determined.
Those in immediate need of short-term housing or financial assistance may visit the Catholic Charities office in Menasha, call 920-272-8234, or email
