Strategic Discipleship Committee

Who We Are 

The Strategic Discipleship Committee at St. Mary's exists to prayerfully discern and plan ways to help our parish family grow as missionary disciples of Jesus.  We are parishioners who meet monthly and who love our faith and are committeed to creating opportunities for others to encounter Christ, deepen their relationship with Him, and share His love in daily life. 

Current Strategic Goals: 

  1. Define a Discipleship Pathway by June 2025 and prepare to present to the Pastoral Council in August 2025.

We support our parish's mission by: 

  • Listening to the needs of our parish family 
  • Offering a Discipleship Pathway for deeper faith formation and discipleship 
  • Building a stronger sense of spiritual community 
  • Inviting people back who may feel distant from the Church 
  • Hosting opportunities for growth -- like small groups, retreats, and community events
