The Eighth Day of our Novena to the Holy Spirit

Two are the Son and Father, but the Other
so shapes my will its dear theology.
Come but to kiss and cradle tenderly
is Love who seeks to mother.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such there is no law.

PRAYER

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful family at St. Mary Parish and kindle in us the fire of your love. Enflame our hearts with a reverence for You, and guide us in discerning what it is You desire us to do in your Name. Accompany us on our Synodal Path. Connected to you, with your grace flowing through us, may our Parish Family bear the precious fruits of the Holy Spirit to all of our sisters and brothers near and far. In the Holy Spirit’s Power, Amen.
