The Third Day of our Novena to the Holy Spirit

This is a beautiful time, this last age, the age of the Holy Spirit.
This is the long-awaited day of His (Her) reign in our souls through grace.
He (She) is crying to every soul that is walled:
Open to Me, My spouse, My sister.

You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the world.

PRAYER

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful family at St. Mary Parish and kindle in us the fire of your love. Enflame our hearts with a reverence for You, and guide us in discerning what it is You desire us to do in your Name. Accompany us on our Synodal Path. Give us Your Precious Gift of Fear of the Lord (Wonder and Awe) a joyful awareness of God’s grandeur and a grateful realization that only in God do our hearts find true peace (Pope Francis). Give us courage to embrace our mission as a parish family to our neighbors, especially those who suffer and are marginalized by society. Make us ambassadors of Your Holy Peace. In the Holy Spirit’s Power, Amen.
